Knife Block
These premium knife blocks are carefully made by hand in small runs, from quality local or exotic timber. The perfect canvas to champion a unique slice of wood grain- no two are the same.
Each block holds 5 evenly spaced knives with powerful neodymium magnets, and can be securely wall-mounted using either the drilling kit, or with non-permanent mounting tape. Both are included with your purchase.
Each also features ByKy's signature mortise-and-tenon decorative inlay.
As this trinket is finished in hard-wax oil, please take care to dry your knives before storing them- it will last a lot longer!

Wood is a natural material that responds to heat, sunlight and moisture- it will experience tone shifts and movement over time. Be mindful of how you clean and store your wooden products.
Hard-wax oil
Wipe down with a dry or damp cloth, dry straight away to avoid water marks. Avoid household cleaners. If the surface dulls, reapply a light rubbing of finishing oil, or bring it to me for a refurb :)
Mineral oil
Wipe down after each use with a damp cloth, or basin-wash and dry straight away. Avoid too much direct sunlight when storing. Food grade mineral oil should be reapplied when the surface appears dry or dull.
Polyurethane
Similar to hardwax oil, but more robust. Wipe down gently and dry quickly. This finish may become warm-toned over time, if left in direct sunlight
